TESLIO-D-MET 1000 ER Tablet combines Dapagliflozin 10 mg, Sitagliptin 100 mg, and Metformin Hydrochloride 1000 mg (Extended Release) to provide comprehensive glycemic control in adults with Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus. Composition
Each extended-release film-coated tablet contains:
